[REQUEST] Docker image

Hi,

I think it would be a good idea to add a Docker image of the proxy to quickly deploy it in VPS or else.

Based on the project, it won't be too complicated to create, nor adding a CI/CD (with Github Action or other) to keep the image up to date with the latest modification.

My question is : Do you have any reason to not provide one yet? If not, I'll be glad to help to add it :)
