STM32F103XX "Bluepill" PWM support

I've wanted to use TinyGo with my STM32F103 dev board and saw that PWM wasn't supported yet.
In the contributing part of the docs, it is listed that an issue should be opened before doing anything else.
So ... I wanted to just put the info out there as well as the notice that I'd be willing to contribute such a patch.

I hope this format of issue is fine, and I, to be honest, didn't really know what to write in here, and thank you all in advance for your work :)

That info is a bit out of date. You should be able to use PWM now:

$ tinygo build -size short -o test.hex -target=bluepill          examples/pwm
   code    data     bss |   flash     ram
   6572    1044    2272 |    7616    3316
