Not all boards have NINA_SPI machine constants

Boards that don't have NINA_SPI constants cannot use the co-processor as machine.NINA_SPI is hard coded into the driver.

I was able to add the constants for my feather-nrf52840-sense to get this working but I expect the correct place to resolve this would be in the driver itself, possibly by chaning ln380 to:

spi := w.cfg.Spi
