Failed to scan QR Code

Hi,

When I try to scan a QR code using the button in the widget’s header, the scan fails and an error occurs, as shown in the attached image. "Unkown ActionType : ScanQrCode"

This issue occurs without any custom code changes.
I only enabled the “Scan QR code” mobile action type and used the default implementation that comes with it.

The problem happens immediately after pressing the widget header button to start scanning.
