Completely rewritten fork

Just a FYI because I think I'm obliged to tell you:

I forked here and:

• Obviously acknowledged you in the README.md
• Rewrote/restructured your code completely in perl
• Gave it lots of comments making it reasonably easy to read without having to learn perl
• Added code to help partitioning
• Added an extra (ext4) partition to support iso's above 4gb and make it more robust
• Added a TESTED.md to get a overview of tested iso's and the results
• Placed it under GPLv3 so, as before, everyone can do pretty much whether they want. Except: They can no longer deny others the same rights
• Made some other changes that I can't think of right now
• Am planning to extra features in the future

If you want me to rename my fork, tell me. (I will probably do it myself anyway if it starts to diverge even more from your original version)
If I add grub files for other distro's or change them I will also send you a PR.

And I did indeed rename it. It's now CiBu (Cross-ISO Boot Utility) an it's located here.

Can you please enable issues in the repository so that I can provide feedback, please?

• The perldev branch is where the work is being done and will rarely work
• Commits in the perl branch will often work (... but are barely tested. Until there are multiple testers this branch should not be used/tested)
• The releases should work fine and features that are available and planned are placed in CHANGELOG.md. The releases are the only ones that should be used/tested
