$climate->border always prints 80 characters #200
Description
Even calling it like this:
$climate->border('/', 3);
will print a line of 80 slashes in either Terminal, iTerm, or BBEdit.
Any idea as to what's going on? The only place where I see '80' in the code is in UtilFactory.php in function width().
