Implementation of a Docker File for server Deployment

This idea is to add a Docker file into the repo, so that you are able to deploy the server directly onto a Docker server.

This is a very low priority but it would be useful to be able to install the server on a Docker server.

Shouldn't be hard to make, but you might want 3 different Dockerfile, (Game, Matrix, Web), and one docker-compose file.

This would however not be useful to the devs, just the people that would like to test it out.

I know that it would be that useful and that is why I was saying that it is a very low priority more so when the server is either complete or closer to completion, just deploy and play in something like a Pterodactyl server.

That would be nice, an ephemeral standardized environment that works both client and testing
