I was wondering if there is an integrated SPATA object with all the tumor samples? I was wondering if an SPATA object/RDS for all the tumor samples with spatial transcriptomics exist?

Hello, no that does not exist. You can, however, download the samples of interest with SPATAData, extract the count matrices via getCountMatrix() and integrate them yourself. For horizontal integration, I recommend Seurat.
