Here's a working config for a BigTreeTech Octopus Pro

Hi, thanks for the awesome project! I was going to submit a PR, but I'm not sure how to do that for a Wiki change :)

I have tested this configuration successfully with a BTT TFT35 E3 V3.0 on a BTT Octopus Pro V1.0 and it should work on the normal Octopus V1.0 / V1.1 as well since the EXP pinouts are the same.
