Hackathon Task for Team-19 Hackathon 2021

As a devops I would like to

• Run the the Crunchy Data operator[5.x] on OCP 4.8+
• Create a Kustomize / Helm templates
• Create a user
• Create a Database and assign a user
• Scale the cluster to more than 1 active DB instance
• Have a PG backrest to sync across instances
• Have a PG bouncer to the PG cluster
• Test the connectivity from my local system
