Configure GitHub Projects triage board

Goal

Create a lightweight GitHub Projects triage board for Contained once the GitHub token or maintainer session has project scope.

Current blocker

The current CLI token does not have read:project/project scope, so Codex cannot create or configure Projects from this session.

Research / setup checklist

• Decide whether the project should live under the repository or the maintainer account.
• Confirm the maintainer session has the required project scope.
• Confirm the field names and views match the simplified label taxonomy.
• Decide whether project fields should mirror labels or only add planning metadata.

Implementation checklist

• Create or update the project and link it to tdeverx/contained-app.
• Add fields: Status, Area, Priority, Target, Needs Research, and Blocked By.
• Add views: Beta, Stable, Future, Needs Triage, Research, Bugs and regressions, Package architecture, and Ready to fix.
• Add open issues with reasonable initial fields.
• Update docs/wiki contributor guidance to match the project workflow.

Acceptance criteria

• Project exists and is linked to tdeverx/contained-app.
• Fields and views above are configured.
• Open issues are added with reasonable initial fields.
• docs/wiki contributor guidance matches the project workflow.
