Water Leak + Freeze Detector Variant (60WLDR-W-CA)

I ran into a small issue tonight when adding a Waterleak/freeze sensor, its a Variant of the US version for Canada which reports the temperature in Celsius, appears to be a slightly newer firmware version, V02.26 and has a additional cap_sensor property I haven't seen before in addition to and different from Capabilities.
Primary differences I see that differentiates it is the country code,
