Add the MIT license

This repo shipped without a license file, which leaves visitors with no
grant at all: the default is exclusive copyright, so a teaching demo nobody
is permitted to copy or adapt. MIT matches the twenty repos in this fleet
that already carry one, and the copyright line matches theirs.
