rework `shared` folders

I'm thinking that the shared folder could even go away since we have a lot of utils now

• output has duplicated entries
• -typescript is the only folder with a minus

Yes, agree. im wondering if this something we could do with our addon-api. I think it would make the code cleaner and easier to read. You would loose the ability to run it in dev mode instantly though, without running sv first.
