During recent SubQuery build process, user usually will encounter this error

Type 'ObsInnerType<ReturnType<M>>' does not satisfy the constraint 'Codec'.
  Type '{}' is missing the following properties from type 'Codec': encodedLength, hash, isEmpty, registry, and 7 more.

This a knowing issue from previous @Polkadot/api, polkadot-js/api#4628

To fix this, simply update the @Polkadot/api dependency in your project to 7.12.1 or above.
