tlsx is a TLS certificate management library and CLI (similar to mkcert) that provides zero-config HTTPS for local development. It generates, stores, and trusts SSL certificates with multi-domain and wildcard support, cross-platform system trust store integration (macOS, Linux, Windows), and certificate lifecycle management (generate, revoke, cleanup, list, verify). Configuration is managed via tls.config.ts with options for domain, validity, organization, and certificate paths.
