How to compile `installer_source_*.cc`?

Hello. I'm looking for a `Makefile` or instructions that I can follow to compile the cc's.

Since they include `selfdrive/ui/qt/setup/installer.h`, I'm guessing the file needs to be somewhere in `selfdrive/ui/installer/`? And maybe there's something in `SConscript`?

I'd appreciate it if you can write it out.
