Lack of github release and misnamed version tag

I wanted to bring up that the most recent release, 1.1.82, was tagged without the v prepended.

Similarly, there was no github release made.

Unfortunately, these two oversights break a number of our update automations in Nixpkgs. I would appreciate if there could be another tag pushed and a release made. Thanks!
