Switch bitnamilegacy images to dhi.io (Docker Hardened Images)

Hi, ​

The current Helm chart relies on several images from bitnamilegacy (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.).

As you probably know, these have been frozen and are no longer receiving security updates, which is a bit of a liability for production deployments. ​

Since Docker recently made their Hardened Images (DHI) free and public, maybe it's this to migrate.

Thanks for raising. I think switching to this makes sense, but it seems like a helm chart is not supported for Postgres yet?

dhi.io have only a valkey helm chart : https://hub.docker.com/hardened-images/catalog/dhi/valkey-chart

At the moment nothing (has I know) for postgresql only cloudnative-pg : https://hub.docker.com/hardened-images/catalog/dhi/cloudnative-pg-chart

idk if it could be an alternative ?
