Incompatibility with certain BRSTM files

Describe the bug
I tried opening some BRSTM files from Trauma centre: Second opinion and they cause an error message on wine, and cause the programme to crash with no info on windows.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open brawlcrate
Open files/sound/.brstm (NOT files/sound/bgm/.brstm)

Expected behavior
I would expect brawlcrate to be able to open the relevant BRSTM file

Windows:
