게시글 제목으로 게시글을 가져오는 게 아니라, 게시글 아이디로 가져오는 것 같습니다.

- 제목: 게시글 제목으로 게시글 가져오기 → 게시글 아이디로 게시글 가져오기
- 본문: 해당 제목의 게시글을 가져옵니다. → 해당 아이디의 게시글을 가져옵니다.
- Request - Query Parameters - postId 설명: 요청할 게시글의 제목 → 요청할 게시글의 아이디
