A more useful $usage API

Current:

const buffer = root
  .createBuffer(Gradient, {
    from: vec3f(1, 0, 0),
    to: vec3f(0, 1, 1),
  })
  .$usage(tgpu.Uniform, tgpu.Storage);

Proposed:

const buffer = root
  .createBuffer(Gradient, {
    from: vec3f(1, 0, 0),
    to: vec3f(0, 1, 1),
  })
  .$usage('uniform', 'storage');

Advantages:

• Better auto-complete for arguments of $usage function
• Reduces pollution of tgpu object.
• Looks better imo
