error raised (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'shape') when run "train_config_part0.yaml"

I can't trace the error, can anybody tell me what do I have to change to make this run?

so my problem was I switched train path with test path, so no train images could be found. Make sure your train folder is not empty, and have instance uid as names, (the test ones start with ID_***)
