driver added but not installed?

I ran the install script successfully.
dkms status
returns
rtl8821au, 5.2.6.2_23547.20170814_COEX20170206-6760: added
but
modprobe 8821au
returns
modprobe: FATAL: Module 8821au not found in directory /lib/modules/4.15.0-29-generic
any idea what's gone wrong?

I don't think it ran successfully. I will have to update that script.

However, note that for that kernel version, you want to use the 5.1.5 driver as the newer one was only tested on and works for kernel versions up to 4.13.

If that works, please indicate so by closing this issue.
