In the 2025-2026 delivery, the student scores for all 4 figures decreased, when they voted to mark the examples after hearing our critiques. This was likely justified in every case, but could potentially be because we focused on the negative when critiquing the figures. In the future, we should be more mindful, and take care to point out good aspects to the figures/figure designs (in our slides as well as verbally to the class, which we did - but perhaps was missed by some students, or overwhelmed by the amount of negative criticism).
