`getOpenWindows` does not return fullscreen windows

When running the getOpenWindows method, any fullscreen windows are excluded from the returned list.

Interesting finding. I can't confirm it's still present, but if someone can document the circumstance more completely presumably getOpenWindows could just also return the activeWindow when relevant.
