Use cosmocnc for cluster likelihood #211

Discussing with @inigozubeldia at the f2f in Manchester, it seems that https://github.com/inigozubeldia/cosmocnc would be good to switch to for the Clusters likelihoods.
It would become an external dependency, with SOLikeT using it as a cobaya installable llikelihood, as is done with MFLike.
Some changes need to be done in cosmocnc to make it an installable cobaya likelihood, but they are relatively small and can be done there!
This would supersede #55
