Creating a simple ipython notebook for 'standard' likelihoods in SOLikeT

In order to facilitate users who will be using SOLikeT for CMB-like analysis, we need an example notebook to do a simple comparison of likelihoods.

One example would be to call mflike and the lensing likelihood wtih the simple Gaussian covariance to reproduce previous tests.
