Per the release notes of 1.17.1: Made it so if token is selected as the Auth method, passwords aren't required in accounts.csv.
This doesn't appear to work. I removed the passwords on the two accounts I have that require token auth, yet when I launch the powershell script and select the accounts, I'm prompted for a password.

If it's still manually required to enter a password in the program itself, that should be called out in the release notes.
