Consider adding `create_issue_comment` and `update_issue_comment

The goal of adding these would be to support the claude style method of:

1. Posting a comment to acknowledge the request
2. Create a task list in the comment
3. Update the task list as the work progresses

Then post the final comment as it exists today.

I'll write the code - just want to get your thoughts

I suppose it could work? I don't use Claude and have no sub to try what you suggest though. Can you explain visually perhaps? just a few screenshots.

I like the idea I'm just afraid it won't get maintained because I don't personally use it.

Also as UX might be better to have a "comments_mode = [a|b|c]" kind of input instead of many different toggles

@mcowger I just see a check list, what I meant if you can point me to a documentation or something that could show me how this cloud code workflow is supposed to work more in details.

At the moment I'm worried that support something like this out of the box will require quite a change, I'd like first to understand if it's something achievable with other means, e.g. composition of steps
