move very old history items or overflow of history items into an archive #49

Summary
this will reduce the amount of items that can be sorted client side for journey
my suggestions:
- move journey items over 1,000 items
- move journey items over 21 days old
Should show up as a "More" with a count of archived items up to 99 (then "99+" 100 and onwards).
