docs: Issue on page Releases

I would like to report an issue on page https://operator.docs.scylladb.com/v1.20/support/releases

Problem

according to the support matrix scylladb 2026.1 is not supported but EOL version 2024.3 is.

Suggest a fix

update the supprot matrix to list the supported scylla versions.

The supported ScyllaDB versions for Operator 1.20 are 2024.1, 2025.1, 2025.3 - 2025.4. Support for 2026.1 was only introduced in 1.21: https://operator.docs.scylladb.com/stable/reference/releases.html. The support matrix is updated in the current stable version of the docs. Edit: discard this, we actually added 2026.1 support in 1.20.2. The docs should be updated.

We've also changed how we define the support matrix - we no longer have multiple columns in each documentation version as master was getting outdated that way.

Let me know if that addresses the issue.
