Expected Behavior

In languages written from right to left, the confirmation popup for deleting a sprite would be on the right side of the tile.

Actual Behavior

It's on the left side. When trying to delete a sprite on the left end of the sprite pane, most of the popup is offscreen, making it impossible to click "yes".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Scratch editor.
2. Set the language to Arabic.
3. Try to delete a sprite.
