I need to be able to host the entire infrastructure in the cloud
So that i can ensure high availability, scalability and seamless operations for the application

• Need to know the required IDEs for building the order system
• Must meet hosting platform features and technology stack

Acceptance Criteria

Given the requirement to host the order system infrastructure in the cloud
When assessing different cloud hosting platform and features 
Then i should be able to make recommendation based on pricing, and compatibility with the system's technology stack
