• the visualization allows us to zoom in and see the label of the nodes
• the vizualization allows us to color certain edges in the graph to highlight an edge of interest
• the visualization allows us to display arrow heads in both directions in the graph

Issues

• DON'T make system calls in api folder meaning api folder should contain only reusable python scripts that contain functions definition.
• R notebook calls function huge.npn which is a R function from an R library in "Non-Parametric Transformation" section.
• Section header and description in python notebook still does not fully match R notebook

Next Steps

• Try running python notebook on pc to see if iterations problem still persist
• Finish the final causal graph section of the notebook using pydot and graphviz python library to display the causal graph
• Remove all unnecessary files and folder in pykumu and use name tools folder as "api".
• Turns the python notebook code to modules by defining function definitions in python scripts in api folder.
