Is there any way to format US number like international but keep braces ?

Just a silly question..

```
// Format number in the international format.
console.log(phoneUtil.format(number, PNF.INTERNATIONAL));
// => +1 202-456-1414
```

so there 202 goes without braces, but I want them to be added... and keep +1 also, and the result would be like this: `+1 (202)-456-1414`

Does this lib have anything like that?
