Unknown version 3.4.7 for ruby on ubuntu-24.04 when running locally via act

I have a workflow with ruby/setup-ruby@v1 that I am trying to run locally using act.

I keep getting an error stating the version I'm looking for does not exist. I have run the workflow on GitHub and it works.

Can I get some help to determine why the workflow is failing.
