Queued jobs are also shown in active jobs list

Hii,

The Active jobs list shows active as well as queued jobs count, same for worker count. Also, the worker count shows 8, but going to the detail page, it shows 4. Any idea how can I resolve this as I have multiple jobs queued up not getting executed?
