Stable behaviour running thousands of rounds!

Happy to report that I'm observing very stable performance! 🚀

I have to-date ran tens of thousands of rounds at 700 TPS using Python in v0.37.0 of Robocode Tank Royale. The largest neural net I've ran so far has been 11-10-10-1 (11 inputs, 1 output) at a rate of one back propagation per turn. Minor note, it's quite possible that print statements in on_won_round() may not be appearing in the console in the Robocode GUI. But let me confirm that first.
