Description
I notice that I've been using varying names and Bob's been using varying names for Angular Lunar Distance speed:
∆LD°/Hr
Angular Lunar Distance speed, arc-min/hr.
Changing ∆LD velocity,
etc. And probably several other's I've forgot I used.
I went back and forth on this and kept changing my mind...
I've not found any "formal" definitions out there, probably because as we are kind of breaking new ground here.....
Since are are talking about additional documentation, adding this output to the CelNav Lunars screens, and making it easy to understand for newbies; maybe it is time to agree on our terminology now so we don't have to go back and change things later to be uniform.
I would suggest maybe using ∆ LD, arc-min/hr. This is fairly short, and clearly signifies an angular measurement. I like the arc-minutes per hour vs arc-degrees per hour as arc-minutes seems more easy to visualize (the moon being 30' in diameter....) and I've been using that more.
But I'm okay with anything as long as it is readily understood and we can agree on it.
