Deleted project and site from bio should marked as deleted on legacy

This issue happens when user used Companion app to deploy the AM or SMM. Then user deleted the project that user deployed. When user uploaded the files, user is unable to change the project or site on the Uploader.

What we have to do is to update delete logic

• mark deleted_at into the legacy db for the project
• mark deleted_at into the legacy db for the sites related to deleted project
• mark deleted_at into the core db for the streams related to deleted project

@rassokhina-e This case that the recordings deployed with Companion and deleted the project. I tested it. The result on Uploader isn't correct. After deleted the project, the Uploader didn't show the project field but still showing the site field. I cannot change project or upload files with deleted project deployment.
