Should that be input_ref.gdx instead?
Is that module still working?

I never opened the 41_emicapregi module realisations in my life. :)
Maybe we should ask in the next REMIND meeting if anybody feels responsible for that.

Lavinia asked me whether I know this module is needed. No idea. Given massive development activity in the module, we might just scrap it. Maybe @mleimbach can weigh in?
