500 - RCOS Central Hasura GraphQL API Error when linking to CAS

The RCOS Central Hasura GraphQL API returned at least one error. Please contact a coordinator and create an issue on the telescope GitHub. Internal error description(s): [":0:0: Uniqueness violation. duplicate key value violates unique constraint "unique_type_account_id""]

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login with Github account and link account to RPI CAS.
2. Logout
3. Log back in, this time with Discord account.
4. Try to link account to RPI CAS again.

Expected behavior
Account is linked to CAS
