Generate `api_endpoints` based OpenAPI specs

Notion OpenAPI specs are now publicly available: https://developers.notion.com/openapi.json

Let's write something that generates api_endpoints automatically based on these, in the same way that the JS SDK seems to do it. :)

It's probably time for annotations all the way!

Hi @ramnes ! I'd love to work on this :)

But I have few open questions:

• What kind of data classes we wanna generate? TypedDict/dataclasses/pydantic?
  • Ideally, we need to have some object that will allow users to use .dot notation instead of ["getitem"]
• I guess our goal should be is not to break the SDK if a notion api will change in any way, like if notion delete/update field on their side, we should not break the parsing part. The expected error would be in the runtime, like trying to access the attribute, but attribute wont be there, rather that breaking the whole parsing(for example, like with pydantic)

Hey @maksimzayats, thanks for your interest! I'd like to handle this one myself since it touches the core of the SDK. I'll use the questions you raised as input though, they're good ones. :)
