CQL In operator for temporal filters should show a list of datepicker inputs

Current when a user selects a temporal filter with aa in operator a multi-select with a text input is shown, need to change the text input to a date-picker for a better UX.

To reproduce the issue:

1. Load the Catalog https://stac.terrascope.be/
2. Click Search on the top-left corner of the nav-bar to navigate to global item search.
3. Try adding temporal filters with in operator then input field is text input field instead of a date-picker.
4. Not possible to add more input fields.

Would you want this one done? — Swapping the plain text box on the temporal 'In' search filter for a proper date-picker. If yes, we'll do it and open a PR; if not, say so (or just ignore this) and we won't touch it.
