ractive-load 0.6.0 and bower

Per Readme.md:

```
To get ractive-load.min.js you can:
    ...
    Use bower: $ bower i ractive-load.
```

This works with 0.5.2, but with 0.6.0, I only see

```
dist/ractive-load.es.js
dist/ractive-load.umd.js
```

I'm pretty new to js build systems, so might be missing something.  But, in any case the Readme.md should probably be updated on new way to get /use ractive-load via bower.  Thanks!
