Installer doesn't add a service profile on Windows

Describe the bug

I tried using the exe install for Windows and for some reason, the service is never added. And I did run it as an administrator.

Reproduction steps

1. Download the latest exe from GitHub
2. Run as admin and continue the instillation

Expected behavior

On restarting the computer you should see the RabbitMQ server already running

@akshaybabloo we won't guess what's going on on your system. We do not guess in this community.

There is a number of known Windows-specific scenarios to go over. Another obvious reason can be an incompatible Erlang version.

Look for logs or installer output somewhere.

I'm sorry, what do you mean by guessing? Wasn't I not clear with the issue?

All I said was service profiles were not creating. No errors. No warnings.

The exact version of Windows (and patch level) that you're using would be a good start. Same goes for Erlang.
