Minion Problems

I'm facing many problems regarding Minions.
Problems have listed below:

1. After Placing Minion (Cobblestone Miner Minion) The Minion doesn't start work , It shows Animation but mine nothing.

2. When I restart the game or server , The Minions got duplicated whenever i try to pick it up.
