[STS] "Preserve order within groups" should be available for all sort options

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to sort within tab groups and still be free to choose the sorting method I like (by title or by url).
As a user, the current restriction feels artificial and unnecessary.

Remove "Custom" as a sorting parameter and allow "Preserve order within groups" to be enabled with the parameters "Title" and "URL".

Hi @yutamago , thanks for the feedback.

To give you some context, the restriction exists because STS was created before tab groups were introduced and I didn't have plans for future development at the time. When tab groups were introduced, sorting tabs would remove tabs from tab groups, so the "fix" (I'll admit, more of a band-aid), was to add the option to have STS ignore tab groups.

Applying all of the sorting options within tab groups, while preserving tab group order (IIRC, I can't sort groups by name because the name isn't exposed via the API), required more time and effort than I've had available since tab groups were introduced and it looks like my schedule's about to get busier for the next few months.

This is something that I'd like to eventually implement, so I'd like to keep this issue Open, but I can't commit to when I'll have the time to work on it right now.
