Update GenBank sequences

I have rewritten the GenBank puller so we should be able to do weekly runs. Still need to normalize

• Geo data
• Assembly method
• Sequencing method

Furthermore

• Rewrite step should not overwrite files (doh!)

And then I'll probably have to fix the ontology checker to match the new fields

• ontology check - run on CLI

Next update the CWL run to limit processing

Normalization of data is complete, though not perfect. The next step is to write out the accompanying RDF
